Datuk Puteh is the Chairman of Xeraya’s MIF Committee. She is a highly respected individual who understands the intricacies of government after many years of an illustrious career holding key government positions. Even after retirement from the Malaysian civil service, she continues to contribute her experience actively whilst holding to heart the core values of nation building.

Datuk Puteh was formerly the Deputy Secretary General (Systems and Controls) at the Ministry of Finance. Prior to that, she held various posts in the Government which included Undersecretary (Investment, Privatisation and Public Enterprise Division) at the Ministry of Finance. Datuk Puteh currently sits on the boards of Bursa Malaysia Berhad, Pelaburan Hartanah Berhad, Fabtronic Sdn Bhd and Gas Malaysia Berhad.

She holds a Bachelor of Economics (Hons) degree from University of Malaya and a Master of Economics degree from Western Michigan University, United States of America.
