Xeraya Capital Sdn. Bhd. (via Xeraya Opportunities Fund) and Mirxes International Holdings Limited have entered into a joint venture agreement to establish MyRNA Diagnostics Sdn. Bhd.
The signing ceremony took place today at NICE 2025, and was honored by the presence of our esteemed witnesses:

– YBrs. Puan Norsham binti Abdul Latip, Deputy Secretary General of MOSTI
This joint venture (JV) marks a significant step forward in accelerating life sciences innovation and commercialization across Asia and globally. The planned partnership will unite Xeraya Capital’s deep expertise in venture capital and strategic investment with Mirxes’ pioneering capabilities in early disease detection and precision medicine diagnostics.
We would also like to acknowledge the visit of thank Khairy Jamaluddin, former Minister of Health, and our Chairman, Prof. Dr. Rofina Yasmin, for visiting our joint venture company’s booth, MyRNA Diagnostics, at NICE 2025 following his Keluar Sekejap session.
During the visit, they were briefed about the early cancer detection products from Mirxes by Jaiden Ho, while Dr. Ghows Azzam shared the company’s plans for expanding its presence in Malaysia.
